This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join an ambitious and growing consultancy where you will be exposed to a variety of projects within the mixture of sectors, all whilst having the opportunity to progress to Director within a dynamic and active working culture.

This established multidisciplinary consultancy specialise in offering a range of services across a variety of sectors. With the majority of the specialist work being within the Education sector but are currently pursuing other sectors as major areas of growth. This consultancy pride themselves on their quality of work and being able to offer a full turnkey service to their diverse range of clientele. With them looking to capitalize on the growth they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce with this amazing opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will manage multiple projects from start to finish where you will be the main point of contact for the clients. Whilst managing the projects you will be visiting sites and conducting surveys and ensuring projects are running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing your own workload and being organised with your tasks at hand. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be providing quality contract administration services for your clients throughout the projects.

The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor with strong experience working on education projects and contract administration knowledge to be able to hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to visit sites across the region.

• MRICS or MCIOB qualified
