Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Site Agent on behalf of a leading infrastructure company.

Job purpose:

We are seeking a Site Agent to undertake the management of a team of Sub Agents working on a large-scale construction project.

Responsibilities:

Leading multi-disciplinary teams
Provide support and management to Sub Agents
Assisting where needed in planning for site works and program scheduling
Sharing construction knowledge with various teams to ensure works are completed efficiently
Overseeing permits and certifications to ensure that all contractors are compliant on site
Planning works and ensuring all Sub Agents have the resources required for completion

Qualifications/Experience:

Degree in Engineering/Civil Engineering
Strong management and leadership skills
Good working knowledge of the construction industry, ideally with experience of reinforced concrete.
Good communicator, able to liaise between multiple teams and clients
Good understanding of costing and planning
Previous Civils experience required
SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable
