Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Site Agent on behalf of a leading infrastructure company.

Job purpose:

We are seeking a Site Agent to undertake the management of a team of Sub Agents working on a large-scale construction project.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Provide support and management to Sub Agents
  • Assisting where needed in planning for site works and program scheduling
  • Sharing construction knowledge with various teams to ensure works are completed efficiently
  • Overseeing permits and certifications to ensure that all contractors are compliant on site
  • Planning works and ensuring all Sub Agents have the resources required for completion

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering/Civil Engineering
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Good working knowledge of the construction industry, ideally with experience of reinforced concrete.
  • Good communicator, able to liaise between multiple teams and clients
  • Good understanding of costing and planning
  • Previous Civils experience required
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable
