We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a leading construction company on a permanent basis, working full time Monday to Friday. You will be working as part of a close-knit team in Birmingham. This location is easily accessible by public transport.
You will be providing administrative support to a team of circa 6 people, splitting time between the production, commercial and technical departments.
Duties;
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Setting up site folders at the beginning of projects
- Printing off site drawings
- Assisting the commercial team with putting tender documents together
- General administration duties such as filing, scanning paperwork, ordering office supplies
- Preparing, organising and storing information in both paper and digital form
Experience/skills required;
- Administration experience is essential
- Previous construction experience is essential
- Computer literate is a must for this role, utilising the main software packages such as Microsoft word, excel etc
