A leading Development & Construction Consultancy, providing specialist support to residential, commercial, retail and infrastructure schemes in Birmingham, is looking for a professional Construction Project Manager to join their team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will join a dynamic team overseeing major projects and Master Developer schemes, creating exceptional places. You'll leverage your project management expertise to manage the delivery and long-term management of innovative physical and social infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include crafting serviced land parcels for homebuilders and commercial operators, leading dynamic project teams, and keeping the lines of communication open with clients, stakeholders, and local communities. You'll be the champion for challenging the status quo, bringing creativity to enhance quality and value while hitting exciting financial and non-financial targets for successful outcomes!

The Construction Project Manager

You will also possess:

  • A construction related degree qualification
  • Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Strong work ethic and professional approach required
  • Collaborative team player and able to work independently
  • Proven experience in managing projects
  • JCT and NEC experience is highly desirable
  • The desire to work towards chartership (RICS, CIOB, or APM)
