A leading independent, multi-disciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

Joining this exciting and rapidly expanding company as a project manager will allow you to work with over 130 employees across 8 offices in the UK, all of which have been in business for more than a century. The organisation is currently in need of an experienced Project Manager with experience in the Healthcare sector due to its ongoing success and opportunities in the healthcare industry. The position will mostly concentrate on mid-to-large healthcare commissions.With a strong pipeline of secured projects, the consultancy is well-positioned to meet its lofty objectives. For the right candidate, this position also provides a clear route to an Associate Director role in two years, offering a fantastic chance for professional development and career success.

The Construction Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will thrive in a welcoming and energetic environment, be motivated to work independently within a flexible company, and be passionate about contributing to the long-term growth of this client account.

You will also possess:

  • NEC 3/4 Accreditation preferred
  • Healthcare experience essential
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager or Assistant PM role within a UK Consultancy
  • A construction related degree qualification is highly desirable
  • Collaborative team player and able to work independently
  • Proven experience in managing healthcare projects
  • The desire to obtain chartership / already working towards (APM, CIOB, RICS)
