Looking to get your next leg up as a Project Co-ordinator / Project Controller ??

Our client is seeking several Project Co-ordinators / Controllers to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their central Birmingham office.

Our client is a renowned engineering and construction firm, specialising in delivering critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities of your role:

-You will be a key member of the Project delivery team, supporting the scheduling & Coordination of the project’s Labour force & materials to sites.

-Be responsible for ensuring the right information, documents, licences, people & equipment are on hand, in the right locations & at the right times.

-Organising Traffic Management related activities & scheduling jobs on the work system.

What we are looking for:

-The ability to organise & prioritise tasks & activities.

-A solid understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

-An accurate communicator, able to coordinate work activities both verbally & via email with a high attention to detail.

-Ability to work to deadlines & problem solve when plans need updating or adapting to changes.

-This roles encompasses elements of Document Control, Planning / Scheduling, Project Co-ordination, Logistics support - full training will be given.
