What You Will Do:

• Lead R&D and Innovation projects, navigating complexities, unexpected events, and achieving successful outcomes.

• Adapt and be nimble in the application of various project management methodologies to meet project needs.
• Possibly take on line management responsibilities, driving team success and development.
• Engage in proactive learning to deepen understanding of the energy sector and project subject matter.
• Identify and solve problems, finding suitable solutions and compromises to ensure project success.

What You Will Bring:

• A successful track record in managing R&D/Innovation projects.
• Strong capabilities in project leadership, negotiation, and a consultative approach.
• Flexibility in the use of various project management methodologies.
• Interest and/or experience in the energy sector is advantageous but not essential.
• A degree in a STEM related subject is useful, though not as important as proven project management experience.
