Senior Project Manager - Water Sector

Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available)

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a role where you can oversee multiple projects at once? Our client, a leading tier-one contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Small Works team, delivering a portfolio of projects for Severn Trent Water.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple small-to-medium-sized water infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including Severn Trent Water, internal teams, and supply chain partners.
  • Ensuring projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Leading project teams, driving performance, and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Managing financial aspects, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in project management within the water sector
  • Strong experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A background in civil engineering, construction, or M&E within the utilities sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial project delivery.
