Heathgate Search is delighted to partner with a leading Healthcare provider to appoint a Health and Safety Manager. Your time will be split between working from home and visiting sites across England.
You can be based anywhere in England for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, inspire and manage a team of Health and Safety Advisors
- Provide competent Health and Safety advice, conduct site inspections and carry out risk assessments
- Write Health and Safety policies/procedures and submit reports under RIDDOR
- Conduct performance reviews and effectively communicate with your team
- Develop a great Health and Safety culture across the organisation
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- NEBOSH Diploma
- Experience within the healthcare, social care, property or housing industries
- First-class communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience line managing staff and in-depth knowledge of Health and Safety
