Job Description: Contracts Manager- Interior fit out
Skilled Careers are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves working with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project compliance and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to align contracts with project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Advise senior management on contractual matters and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and financial milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in contract management, preferably within the interiors or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction law and contract terms.
Preferred:
- Experience with commercial interior design projects and project management software.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with some travel to project sites.
