Contracts Manager – Birmingham – Fit Out - £55,000 & Car or Allowance & Bonus profit per job circa £15k - £20k p/a) & Pension
I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join an every growing Birmingham based fit out contractor. My client are a specialist in the leisure fit out sector and require a Contracts Manager to control regional fast track fit out projects.
You will ideally come from a joinery background and you will have experience of delivering fast track leisure fit outs. Projects will consist of bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, casinos and cinemas. They will range in value from £500,000 - £1,000,000 with average job value circa £500,000 and you will be expected to control between 2 – 4 sites simultaneously depending on workload.
My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

Individual:
- Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £5M
- Fast track fit out experience
- Leisure fit out experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent reputation in the industry
- Willing to work on nationwide contracts
- Driving license

Salary & Packages:
