Joining as a partner designate to begin with, you would be assigned a portfolio worth c £400,000 to the business. Tasked with growing this through the help of your team - this would be made up of 2 managers who would report into you and look after their own teams of 3-5 staff. Your responsibilities would be that of a typical general practice role while providing a point of contact for the clients to develop a longstanding relationship.
Client Details
This firm is well established in the Mildlands having been operating for two generations. They have a wide range of clients across multiple industries and cover everything for sole traders, OMBs and SMEs up to larger corporate clients and some larger groups for audit. The firm has around 20 employees and grows year on year through word of mouth referrals in their client base.
Description
-Lead a team of 8 with the provision of general practice services to a vast portfolio of clients
-Develop client relationships and win new clients
-Ensure all deadlines are met and the service provided is to a suitable standard
-Support the wider development of the business
Profile
- ACA / ACCA Qualified, ideally with a practising certificate
- Practice background, developing yourself up to at least a senior manager position
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience looking after a portfolio and direct reports
Job Offer
Salary in the region of £80,000 - £100,000 (experience dependent)
