A key player in the B2B contract specialist cleaning and facilities management industry is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to win new business and grow existing accounts with a national remit. This is a remote self-managed position where you are empowered to work in a way that suits you to be most productive. You do not need to clock in and out! You can start or finish at times that suit allowing you to do school runs, go to the gym or anything else that is important to you. Along with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, you will also receive uncapped commission potential which sees experienced BDM’s earning £90,000, career development opportunities within a thriving organisation, a car allowance, necessary IT equipment, a pension plan and the chance to be part of a reputable company with a proven track record.What you’ll do as Business Development Manager:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in contract cleaning and facilities management in sectors like Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Education, NHS and more.
  • Develop strategic plans to target specific markets and building a robust sales pipeline to include account growth and new business wins
  • Craft winning tenders and negotiating long-term agreements.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with:
  • Proven experience in the contract cleaning, hygiene, ground maintenance, pest control or other similar soft facilities management sectors.
  • A successful track record in contract solution sales, with strong skills in tender writing and negotiation.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and the drive to make a significant impact on our business.
