We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Professional who will play a key role in a multi year project involving the upgrading of the current digital estate with the implementation of a new CAFM system which will shape the way that FM services are delivered across the organisation.

Description
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract where you will play a key part in shaping the future of our facilities management systems. You'll work on integrating and optimizing technology solutions for estate delivery, ensuring compliance, driving change management, and improving processes to enhance service delivery for end users.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the integration and optimization of FM Estate Delivery technology with business processes to enhance service delivery.
- Support the selection, implementation, and adoption of future FM technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee processes for planned, reactive, quoted, and remedial maintenance activities within the new operating model.
- Manage data and processes for assets, locations, maintenance, and people, ensuring data integrity and effective data management practices.
- Provide training and support to ensure smooth user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Play a key role in change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Apply commercial and financial acumen to procurement, purchasing processes, and technology selection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to implement modern project management principles and drive efficiency.
Profile
If you have expertise in CAFM systems, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in property or facilities management, we'd love to hear from you. This role requires a proactive, data-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
The role will be based from home but will have a natural requirement to travel across the organisation to meet with key stakeholders so applicants will need to be flexible with regards to some national travel.
The role is a 2 year FTC and we are seeking applications from individuals who are in a position to commence this role in January 2025.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £70,000 + annual bonus is on offer.
