KM Recruitment is seeking a Digital Skills Tutor for a remote delivery role with a salary of £30,000 plus bonus potential.
The position is full-time and permanent, requiring candidates to ideally have a recognised Assessor award, though this can be upskilled.
Applicants must hold a Level 3 or above Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET) and a Level 2 Digital Skills/IT qualification or equivalent.
Experience in online training delivery is preferred, as the tutor will be responsible for delivering accredited Digital Skills up to Level 2 to learners aged 16 and older.
Candidates should be able to manage their time effectively, develop tailored training, and provide support and motivation to learners.

Duties:

To deliver accredited Digital Skills up to Level 2 to learners aged 16+.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
Develop tailored training / workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
