We have partnered with a global learning consultancy firm that specialise within the financial services arena. Our client is looking for an talented Learning Consultant that experience to join their busy team.Please note: This is a fully remote role and the duration is until 09th December 2024 with a view of extension. Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Learning Consultant Role:

Consulting with SMEs and key working group members to build out and design solutions based on the outcome of LN
Help stand up & run coaching CoE to support VS mobilisation
Plan and help execute recommendations within the agreed time frame, includes proof of concept and pilots as appropriate
Gather and consolidate feedback following pilots/ tests
Help identify internal coaches & existing skill levels for VS mobilisation
Review existing Agile (or other related, eg- leadership) learning resources and provide recommendations and build on uplift and alternative solutions as appropriate
Track and report to stakeholders, as required
Design solution to bridge the gap between desired & existing coach skill

Key information about the Learning Consultant Role:

Salary - £350.00 per day
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm – Remote
