KM Recruitment is seeking a Management and Team Leading Assessor/Trainer for a home/field-based role with travel flexibility across the Midlands.
The position offers a salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience, and is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Key responsibilities include training and assessing learners in Apprenticeship Standards at levels 3 and 5, as well as providing support for Functional Skills in Maths and English.
Candidates must be qualified Assessors with experience in delivering full Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management at Level 5, ideally within the last 2-3 years.
A full clean driving license and own vehicle are required, along with strong management competency and comfort with online and group-based training delivery.

Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Operations / Departmental Manager at level 5, and Team Leading at level 3.

Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
As part of the Higher Apprenticeship delivery, you will conduct study group and 1-1 sessions (online and face to face) with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends.
Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Criteria:

Must be a qualified Assessor with experience of delivering full Apprenticeships (standards or previously framework) in Leadership and Management / ODM at Level 5 (delivery experience does not need to be current, but ideally within the last 2-3 years)
Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
Must hold strong management competency.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
