Senior Associate – Court of Protection Location: Birmingham (Hybrid and flexible working – 2 day in office) Salary: £75,000 DOE + up to 15% bonus + excellent benefits My client is a leading national law firm and they looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their highly respected Court of Protection team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a recognised Partner, advising on all aspects of mental capacity and property & affairs work. You’ll be handling high-value deputyships, personal injury trusts, and overseeing a small, collaborative team of junior lawyers.Why this role?
