- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- 1 hour for lunch (37 hours total)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned legal professional looking to join a dedicated team known for its commitment to personal legal services and expertise in various private client practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of high-quality contentious probate matters, including disputes between beneficiaries and executors or trustees regarding their duties and estate or trust administration.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Engage in business development and networking activities to help grow the team and enhance client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Contentious Probate Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE.
- Possesses excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- May have established contacts in the local market and a following of work.
- A confident communicator comfortable with business development activities and networking.
- Ideally, ACTAPS qualified, though this is not a strict requirement.
