Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire a housing disrepair lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a gap in the team.

The role would require candidates to attend court to conduct their own advocacy and local candidates would be preferred.

It is open to NQ solicitors, senior paralegal, and non-qualified lawyers.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be experienced in handling a full caseload of disrepair matters,

- Be able to hold a mixed caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters,

- Be able to conduct their own advocacy,

- Have prior experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have two employment references available upon request.
