Overview:

An excellent opportunity has become available for an immediately-available, experienced Credit Controller who wants to working within a vibrant office environment based in the centre of Birmingham with the option of Hybrid Working. This company is well established in the distribution sector and are keen to expand their already established financial department.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for a relaxed but inclusive working environment with a Monday to Friday working schedule with three days from home and two days from the Birmingham based office. The role primarily consists of resolving overdue debt, reconciling accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Skills required:

  • Excellent level of customer service in order to ensure requirements are fulfilled and delivered in line with agreed KPI's/SLA's.
  • Ability to reconcile accounts and chase current or overdue debts with a high standard of call handling.
  • Preferably have experience in completing monthly cash forecasts on high value amounts, however this is not essential.
  • Previous experience in accurately recording customer account information, keeping it up to date and updated with digital contacts.
