A fantastic opportunity has become available for an immediately available candidate to work as a Credit Controller for a UK-based manufacturing company that has strong market links on a global scale. The role is based in Birmingham City Centre, you are able to work a flexible, hybrid working schedule after successful completion of the initial training phase. The post requires an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to further develop their knowledge and skills within the area of Credit Control. The main duties of this role will entail responding to client and supplier queries, ensuring timely payment of debt as well as reconciling accounts and invoicing.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in competent phone call handling, general administration duties and collections is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong time management and organisation capabilities needed in order to effectively manage workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills needed to build relationships with stakeholders and customers in order to efficiently set terms and payment plans.
  • A fine attention to detail is required for managing customer accounts and ensuring that records are kept accurate and up to date.
