This Credit Controller position is a varied role, where the successful applicant will be responsible for a vast range of duties including, but not limited to handling query resolutions, maintaining sales ledger, chasing aged debt, running weekly reports, invoicing and taking customer payments. The successful candidate will become an integral member of an amazing, results-driven team, reporting to the Head of Credit and often assisting with senior levels of the organisation. What you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage a range of national and international stakeholders. Whilst not essential, experience in Italian or any other European language is advantageous for managing relationships with international stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Experience with credit controller duties, particularly advantageous if you have strong experience chasing old, aged debt and resolving unallocated balances.
  • Be a proactive team player, who is eager to contribute to the team and play an integral role in its success.
