A great opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our impressive client at their offices in Birmingham. As Credit Controller you’ll take ownership of credit queries from start to conclusion, ensuring that all interactions meet service level agreements. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to providing first class customer service to our clients and colleagues, along with a knowledge of credit-related principles. This role offers the the prospect of excellent future development opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide a high level of technical quality and service delivery
  • Chasing overdue payments in a polite and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Seeing a range of customer queries through to conclusion
  • Producing monthly statements for clients
  • Participate in project work; including system and process development and improvements
  • Maintain complete and accurate sales ledger records
  • Promote and support TCF principles
  • Adherence to contractual/Client SLAs and KPIs

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a specialist Credit Control role
  • Knowledge of Credit related principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good degree of IT competency and literacy
  • Demonstrate personal and professional integrity
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
