A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Credit Controller role within the finance team of a nationally operating engineering company, based North of Birmingham. This client is a strong market leader and has been offering an excellent service to their customers for many years whilst keeping a strong, successful finance team.

This role will require a strong skillset with experience reducing aged debt, managing a high volume of accounts, organising invoices and successfully meeting KPI's. The successful candidate will be immediately available, confident and outgoing, and will have some years of experience in a similar role already.

This is a perfect opportunity to be a crucial member of an energetic team whilst taking the next step into your credit control career.

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong communication skills in order to effectively liaise with a large number of customers, whilst maintaining relationships
  • Good use of IT systems, including proficiency using Excel
  • The ability to successfully meet KPI's, especially within specified timeframes
  • Must be highly numerate and accurate with strong attention to detail as well as being highly-motivated
