Your new companyAn expanding organisation based in Birmingham City Centre is currently recruiting for a new credit controller to join their well established and growing credit team. Reporting to the Credit Manager and in a team of 4 credit controllers, you will be responsible for managing your own ledger of 600 accounts.Your new roleEnsuring timely payment of debts within agreed terms to limit credit exposure to customers.Liaising with customers over the phone and email to ensure payments are paid on time.Responding to relevant client enquiries regarding invoices / settlement of accounts.Analyse and monitor debtors, ensuring prompt action is taken for non-payment and overdue debts.
