The Role
- Chasing overdue payments by phone and email.
- Building strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
- Resolving invoice queries and keeping accounts tidy.
- Keeping a close eye on aged debt and reporting back to the team.
The Person
- Credit control experience and a confident communicator.
- Great at problem-solving and staying organised.
- Comfortable dealing with difficult conversations when needed.
- A friendly and professional approach.
- AAT qualification or CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) preferred.
