Overview

A global wholesale company, based in West Birmingham, are looking to expand their Credit Control team. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a fantastic business, while developing you knowledge and working for a vibrant team.

The successful individual will be fluent in English, but also German or Italian and therefore with have responsibility for the corresponding accounts from that country. You will communicate via phone and email and have a proven track record of being an outstanding communicator. In this role you will ensure all clients payments and debt issues are resolved while maintaining debt collection. You will have involvement with reconciling customer statements and producing weekly/monthly reports.

Working closely with the Credit Control Team Leader and Head of Shared Services, you will be a crucial part to an ever-growing team.

Skills required

  • Previous experienced in a similar Credit Control position, and therefore can come in and hit the ground running.
  • Fluent in German or Italian, enabling you to successfully communicate with key account holders.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Have the ability to work accurately and efficiently, checking all details are correct.
