This exciting opportunity would require a candidate with great communication skills, both via emails and phone calls as you will deal with internal and external stakeholders. Within this role, you will be trained up and gain valuable knowledge as a Credit Controller, leading to you managing your own ledger and accounts. You will eventually be responsible for chasing overdue debt, maintaining relationships and resolving queries. As a Credit Controller, you will directly report to the Credit Manager, working closely together to adapt to the business's needs.

Skills required

  • Experience within a similar role would be beneficial, however if you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships then this would be perfect for the position.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Be a team player, not only will you be challenged with completing your own work, you will help support colleagues in specific projects/tasks.
