Your new companyA rapidly growing organisation based in the City Centre of Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller on a permanent basis. In the role, you will be working with a small credit team and will report into the Credit Manager. Please note this role is an office-based roleYour new role

  • Manage your own ledger and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
  • Proactively communicate with customers to resolve payment issues
  • Resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to invoicing or payment
  • Improve credit control policies and procedures to minimise the risk of bad debt
  • Cash allocations and manage any queries

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong previous experience in Credit Control
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Sage
