An exciting opportunity for a Brand Lead to drive brand growth, engagement, and PR strategy for a well-established organisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll shape brand positioning, lead integrated campaigns, and manage a high-performing team of four.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a brand and PR strategy to enhance awareness and commercial impact.
- Oversee brand identity, visual guidelines, and tone of voice for consistency across all channels.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, and social media.
- Manage PR efforts, securing earned media coverage and influencer engagement.
- Use insights and analytics to track brand performance and drive decision-making.
- Oversee a multi-million-pound budget, ensuring strong ROI.
- Inspire and develop a team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Significant experience in brand, PR, and communications, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to craft brand narratives that drive engagement and growth.
- Experience managing owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement.
- £80K-£85K + car allowance + bonus.
- Hybrid working with some in-office collaboration.
