We’re currently looking for multiple enthusiastic Career Advisors who are focused on service, support, administration. The role will deal with a wide range of customer issues.Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who are offering you the following: Salary - £30k + excellent benefits (Monday to Friday 9-5 onsite).2x Locations in the West Midlands Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems
  • Manage all direct customer orders (F2F)
  • Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiries
  • Manage return requests effectively, whilst ensuring all relevant systems are updated as per company procedures.
  • Support customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queries
  • Effectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case management
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate it to the right stakeholders to support resolutions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvement
Key Skills Required:
  • Previous experience within a customer service/ people support position is essential
  • Knowledge of sales/ recruitment/ CEX
  • Pressure target driven environment 
  • A self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills 
  • Professional and empathetic approach to resolving issues
  • Strong Ms Office Skills
  • Excellent time management
