Alma Personnel are pleased to announce that they are working with their Birmingham based client to recruit for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator, basically a good all rounder!
You will be joining a small but busy team handling daily calls from customers, processing orders, checking invoices are entered correctly and deal with any customer queries via email.
This is a very varied role so being able to multi task would be essential to succeed in this position.
You will also be making calls to follow up on new product launches to customers, so you must be fairly confident on the phone.
This position is being offered on a full time permanent basis, Mon to Thurs 9am to 5.30pm, Fri finish 5pm.
Excellent salary offered between £25K-£30k to the best candidate.
