Our Client, who are a fantastic employer based just South of Birmingham are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent level of customer service.

Salary of £25,000 - £27,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be required to:-

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders on computerised system.
  • Resolve customer queries or concerns.
  • Chase and provide customers with delivery updates.
  • Set up new customers on CRM system.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Complete general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong understanding of order processing and CRM systems.
  • Experience resolving customer queries.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Confident approach.
  • A passion for customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft office packages.
  • Good problem solving ability.
  • A desire to work as part of a team.
  • A professional attitude.
  • Proactive approach.
  • An adaptable nature.
