Customer Service Advisor– Part time 6-month FTC 2 days - £10,400Birmingham  THE COMPANY: Our client is a specialist financial service company, who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a part time, 6-month FTC to join their Birmingham-based office.THE ROLE:
  • Manage customer queries via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Resolve queries with accurate, satisfactory responses.
  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy.
  • De-escalate dissatisfied customers and manage complaints.
  • Support admin team during peak workloads and ensure high-quality data.
THE PERSON:
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and risk awareness.
  • Team player dedicated to excellence in service.
