- Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients

- Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries
- Daily communication with established customers by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to customer issues
- Candidates who must have strong communication skills, be computer confident (Microsoft Office Suite & Excel)
- Have the drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines - Possess a strong work ethic and want to become part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
