The key responsibilities within the role: -  
  • Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA's
  • Working with a large number of clients and logging orders
  • Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients
  • Working within agreed timescales
  • Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries
  • Daily communication with established customers by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to customer issues
We are looking for: -
  • Candidates who must have strong communication skills, be computer confident (Microsoft Office Suite & Excel)
  • Have the drive and ability to meet daily targets and deadlines - Possess a strong work ethic and want to become part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
  • Experience in a Customer service (face to face & office based)
