The company is looking for a helpful candidate able to work independently while building relationships with customers and colleagues alike providing customer support.

Hybrid Working - 3 days in office.

Job Description

-Ensure any defects are acknowledged while consulting with subcontractors and are attended within the required time frame.

-Produce relevant documentation and generated reports in accordance with the Customer Care Plan.

-Coordinate service engineers diary which includes the forward planning of materials, access and equipment required.

-Deal with all compliance & complaints to the highest standard in line with customer service procedures.

Requirements

-Proficient using Microsoft Office and other packages for the collation of data.

-Experience completing reports.

-Full UK Driving licence required.

-Customer service experience
