Role Overview

We’re seeking someone to join our customer support team, where you’ll be consulting with a range of clients. In this role, you will function as a key point of contact, handling both first and second-level support. First-line support involves responding to queries from clients through various communication channels, while second-line support requires knowledge of compliance to resolve issues and collaborating directly with clients on payroll-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage client queries via phone and email.
• Report case progress to management.
• On-board new suppliers to the system as needed.
• Adhere to compliance procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 6 month's administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating in a team.
