Role Overview

Do you have previous administrative experience and a strong attention to detail? We might have the perfect opportunity for you. We’re seeking someone to join our customer support team, where you’ll be consulting with a range of clients. In this role, you will function as a key point of contact, handling both first and second-level support. First-line support involves responding to queries from clients through various communication channels, while second-line support requires knowledge of compliance to resolve issues and collaborating directly with clients on payroll-related matters.
