Customer Service Financial Advisor (Fully Remote, Temporary - 2-3 Months, Potential for Extension)
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong customer service experience, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Must be confident on the phone and comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.
- A DBS and credit check must be completely clear for this role.
Training:
- A 4-5 day intense training program will be provided to ensure you're fully equipped to handle customer queries effectively.
- Must have no holidays in first 3 weeks - minimal holidays thereafter
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of financial products? We are seeking a Customer Service Consultant for a 2-3 month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension. This fully remote role will have you providing expert advice to customers on various financial products, including interest rates, ISAs, and general enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding interest rates, ISAs, and other general financial questions.
- Offering clear and concise advice while demonstrating empathy and patience in every interaction.
- Ensuring customers' needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Making inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 35 hours per week
