Temporary Customer Services Coordinator based in Birmingham- Fully Office Based £12.50phr starting immediately.

One of my clients an Environmental company are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to start immediately on a temporary basis. You will be customer focused, enjoy the interaction with people and help to provide solutions.

Your communication skills will be second to none, nothing would be too much trouble and you will do all you can to help give the best customer experience.

You will have worked in a customer services role previously for a minimum of six months.

Your role:

  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation
  • Assisting with queries day today
  • Telephone Enquiries
  • Email correspondence
  • Troubleshooting and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner

About you:

  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will be an active listener
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail knowledge of customer relationship management tools Ability to work well as part of a team or independently

You must be available to work immediately and be willing to travel into the office 5 days a week, so it's fully office based. You will be available on an ongoing basis.
