Temporary Customer Service Coordinators Required - Birmingham (Office-Based) - £13 per hour - Immediate Start-Office based

A large recycling and environmental company in Birmingham are seeking multiple Customer Service Coordinators to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role is fully office-based and requires an immediate start. The role is ongoing week by week, Monday to Friday based in their offices in Central Birmingham, easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities: * Assisting customers with account registration and queries

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all customer interactions

About You: * Minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills
