Chapman Tate Associate seeks an experienced SQL Data Systems Analyst to join this internationally based and award winning manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in SQL and business systems analysis. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SQL-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain SQL Stored Procedures, SSRS Reports, and queries to support business operations.
  • Use SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to perform database management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist with system testing and validation, ensuring seamless implementation of new processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on SQL.
  • Expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Stored Procedures.
  • Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database management.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work and a passion for continuous learning.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with data modeling and database design.
  • Any Crystal Reports knowledge
  • Work with ERP based systems
