The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own portfolio and have obtained their TPI qualifications.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, residents, contractors and colleagues as required
- Seeking quotations and issuing instructions for maintenance works, confirming the work has been completed to the expected standard
- Submitting and dealing with insurance claims in accordance with correct procedure
- Involvement in the preparation and management of Service Charge budgets
- Be prepared to undertake and oversee various projects from start to finish including management of the Section 20 consultation process
- Conducting site inspections, actioning anything as necessary
- Ensuring all Health & Safety / Fire Safety / Building Safety obligations are met
- Arranging and chairing meetings, preparing required paperwork and booking venues if required
