Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional and creative organisation on the outskirts of Halesowen, who are seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to join their successful team on a fixed term contract till the end of June 2025. Hybrid options are available for 2-3 days per week but please only apply if you are within a commutable distance to Halesowen, West Midlands.

Duties and tasks will include:

Newsletters

* Assist with the planning and creation of newsletters for company web stores

* Assist with the planning and creation of newsletters for resellers. news and launches.

* Liaise with the press to coordinate the distribution of demo units for review.

Influencer Marketing

* Conduct outreach to identify suitable content creators, influencers, and ambassadors for Hobolite and Calibrite.

* Negotiate collaborations with influencers.

* Oversee the logistics of sending out gifted kits and processing payments.

* Maintain strong relationships with ambassadors throughout their contract period. Webinars

* Manage the webinar schedule across various brands and regions.

* Organise and coordinate webinars for the UK, Italy and The Netherlands.

* Supervise teams handling webinars for French, German, Polish, and Spanish markets.

* Report on webinars, sharing insights and performance metrics internally and with relevant brands.

Social Media & Advertising

* Create content and manage social media channels for some company brands

* Respond to customer inquiries and messages that come in through social platforms

Candidates welccome to apply for the role will have the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles.

* Experience in organising online events/webinars.

* Strong organisational and project management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

* Experience in managing newsletters, ideally via Mailchimp Experience with influencer marketing and managing collaborations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
