Key Responsibilities of the Director of Operational Risk- Lead the assessment and enhancement of operational risk management processes.
- Present findings and drive improvements with senior stakeholders, including Chief Risk Officers.
- Oversee key controls and processes, such as governance, internal audit, and cyber-security.
- Contribute to strategic risk initiatives within the organisation's leadership team.
- Degree and/or professional qualification in risk management, internal audit, or related disciplines.
- Significant experience in operational risk processes and governance.
- Proven project and time management abilities.
