We areworking with a market-leading developer, assisting them with the recruitment of a Document Controller for one of their sites in Birmingham.
Main Duties
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Updating Excel spreadsheets and ongoing reports
- Managing the flow of documentation
- Review and maintain accuracy of records
- Issuing drawings to relevant parties
- Supporting the operations team
- Attend the internal project start up meetings
- Carry out quality assurance checks on all information uploaded
- Ensure documentation follows approvals process
- Liaise with the production team
- Support internal and external users regarding system issue
To be successful for this role, you must have experience working in the construction industry in the role of a Document Controller.
