Salary: £46,862.50 to £58,592.50
Location: Birmingham, 2 to 3 days in office per week, remainder from home

Requirements:

  • ARB registered
  • Minimum 5 years architecture experience.
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent in architecture.
  • Legislation and guidance knowledge, such as Building Regulations and British Standards.
  • Rail or complex project experience preferred.
  • Excellent technical/design abilities.
  • Ability to work around project change, understanding of contract/scope of designers.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal & consultative skills. 

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work on the largest building that Birmingham has seen.

This role will be working clientside on part of the biggest infrastructure project in Europe, working on the design & construction of Curzon Street Station.

This role will be working with construction partners, design partners, and architecture firms reviewing designs, navigating the project. You will be someone that is able to inspire and influence others, self-motivated and eager for a challenge.

You will be working on a prolific project that will be unmatched to anything outside of London.
