Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Flourish Education is seeking an Early Years Teacher to join our team and bring their expertise to primary schools in Kings Heath and surrounding areas.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work as a Supply Teacher, providing you with the flexibility to fit work around your life and commitments.

The responsibilities of this Early Years Teacher Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and National Curriculum.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children aged Birth to Five.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to education.
  • Participate in Forest School activities to enhance outdoor learning experiences.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and staff.
  • Adapt to different primary school settings as a Supply Teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the National Curriculum.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting, particularly with early years.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability as a Supply Teacher, able to work in various primary school environments.
