Are you passionate about early childhood education and eager to nurture the next generation? Our vibrant primary school in Birmingham, B21, is on the lookout for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who loves to bring out the best in young learners.
Your Role:
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment where little ones feel safe to explore and learn.
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Work closely with children who have special educational needs, helping them thrive.
- Assist in the preparation of resources and materials to create an inspiring learning environment.
- Monitor and document children's progress, sharing insights with the teacher to tailor support effectively.
About You:
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting is desirable, but a love for learning is essential.
- A team player who can adapt quickly to the needs of the classroom.
- Excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
