We are seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant with expertise in Read Write Inc. phonics to join our team at a primary school in Small Heath. This long-term, full-time role in a reception class and will offer you the chance to make a real impact on young learners' literacy development.

Key Responsibilities:
